As someone who had never undergone surgery such as a laparoscopic cholecystectomy before, I truly felt lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Dr. Dunn. Going into the whole situation, I was pretty nervous. Not really knowing what to expect, but from the first point of contact, Dr. Dunn was very polite and easy going. He broke down the whole procedure and I appreciate him being very accommodating with me and my urgency to get the surgery over with. Joannie was fantastic in helping me get scheduled and working with my insurance to get everything squared away. Very quick and responsive in my communication with her. Definitely deserves a raise. The surgery was performed at the El Camino Health Hospital in Mountain View. The staff there was amazing. I went in alone but didn’t feel scared or nervous. Everyone was very attentive and efficient. It was an outpatient surgery, so I was in and out the same day. Recovery went way better than I expected. Even after the surgery was performed, Dr. Dunn is still very responsive with his patients, and any inquires that they have. Just finished my follow-up appointment with him at his office in Los Gatos. I didn’t catch the admins name, but I appreciate her work and making the experience quick and easy. Very nice individual.
